Year working: 1904 - 1993

Motoring artist of the 1930's earliest artwork noted in The Autocar 24th February 1928 and Autocar front cover design 17th August 1934. Responsible for the artwork for the book ‘Combat’ also ‘The Modern Boys Book of Motor Cars’. Prolific illustrator of books. Did work in later life producing oil paintings of nostalgic motoring scenes. These are often of poor quality and not recognisable as the same artist compared to the excellent early period work.
